TPM, 5’S’, & system knowledge. Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this role Education, Experience & Technical Competencies Leadership/Behavioral Competencies Education: B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile) Experience : More than 8 years Desirable To Know Crank shaft Manufacturing process, like turning , grinding , hardening , machining , lapping Machining & Cutting Tools CNC Programming Basic Machine operations Various machining processes like milling, drilling, reaming grinding, finish boring operations Quality Tools and its application IMS & DWM Knowledge about SPC, MSA & PFMEA.
