Senior Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Business Development. This is a client-facing role that requires a mix of deal-making, relationship building, and networking and business development skills. Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Business Development

• Drive leasing strategy for office/commercial/retail assets to achieve targeted occupancy levels.
• Generate new leads, build and maintain strong broker, corporate, and occupier relationships.
• Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and closure of transactions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Track market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and rental trends.

Networking & Client Engagement

• Act as a key relationship manager for occupiers, corporate clients, and consultants.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and retain existing clients through proactive engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years’ experience in commercial leasing, business development, broking, IPCs or interior fit-out companies.
• Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in deal closure & client relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
• MBA & Graduate in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, or related field preferred.
