Job Description

As a Senior Manager-IT at the Mumbai location, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of SAP PP/QM/PM modules across all Sun Pharma plants - Reviewing and overseeing the work of third-party vendor support teams - Collaborating closely with the business team to understand and deliver new requirements - Ensuring all deployments adhere to GxP processes with a focus on validation activities - Providing technical configuration expertise for SAP PP/QM/PM modules - Overseeing and guiding the team in handling SAP PP/QM/PM rollout projects - Utilizing ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and ensuring alignment with SAP solutions - Demonstrating sound knowledge in PP master data, sales and production plans, long-term planning, demand management, MRP, and capacity planning - Experience with product planning, forecasting, manufacturing execution, inventory/warehouse management, product costing, and quality management - Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to PP Qualifications required for this role include: - PG Science/Computer Engineer Graduate (BE/MCA) preferred - Specific Certification: SAP PPQM certified, PMP/Prince 2 Skills desired for this position: - SAP PP/QM modules - Solution Architect experience - SAP integration with legacy and Mobility applications - Business Dashboards/Reports and analytical solutions like Machine Learning, AI, Tableau, SAP BI, etc. - Strong knowledge of computer system validation - Experience in SAP projects implementation in Pharma Manufacturing - Functional Domain and project implementation experience in Pharma/life science Industry is a must - Exposure to SAP other modules like PM/MM/SD With a minimum of 13-15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM modules, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of new requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.,
