Senior Manager- IT

As the Full Stack Developer and IT Infrastructure Manager, you will have the responsibility to lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and IT support staff. You will be in charge of planning and allocating tasks across various web, mobile, and LMS-related projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all tech projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing robust front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Developing and maintaining back-end services using frameworks such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java. - Managing cloud-based hosting services like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar, including handling DNS setup, SSL, load balancing, backups, and version control. - Overseeing the development and performance of web portals and mobile apps, coordinating with designers and QA for UI/UX and functional testing. - Managing and customizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, or custom-built systems. - Ensuring system security and compliance with data protection regulations, monitoring vulnerabilities, and creating policies for user access and data protection. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer and IT Infrastructure Manager. - Deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, cloud hosting platforms, mobile app development frameworks, LMS platforms, and DevOps tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills. In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications include: - A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. - Certification in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Exposure to EdTech or eLearning domain. - Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and content packaging tools.
