Job Title: Sales Manager – International IT Sales

Location: Noida (On-site)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – International IT Sales to lead and grow our global client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services and solutions to international markets, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for IT services such as software development, web/mobile solutions, cloud, AI, and digital transformation
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful project handovers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Participate in international calls, virtual meetings, and business discussions as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in International IT Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling international clients and time zones
  • Ability to lead and scale a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing
  • Experience working with US/UK/Australian/European markets
  • Prior experience in IT services companies or software development firms
