SENIOR MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS & SUPPLY CHAIN

Educational Qualification

 Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Management

(Specialization in International Business / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain preferred).

 Certification or diploma in Export-Import Management / DGFT & Customs procedures will be

an added advantage.

Experience

 8–10 years of experience in a Pharma / API / Chemical manufacturing company handling

Export-Import, Purchase, and Documentation.

 Proven expertise in:

o DGFT procedures (Advance Licence, LUT Bonds, Redemption).

o Import Procurement & Vendor Development (domestic & international sourcing of

APIs, intermediates, lab chemicals, impurities).

o Export Documentation & Compliance (BRC, RODTEP, Drawback, Shipping Bills,

Certificates of Origin).

o CHA / Customs coordination, freight forwarding, and landing cost analysis.

o Cross-departmental coordination with QA/QC, Stores, Production, Accounts, and

Marketing.

 Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems, MS Office, DGFT/ICEGATE portals, and banking

documentation portals.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of Export-Import regulations, Customs Act, Factory Act, and Pharma

industry compliance.

 Excellent vendor negotiation and supplier management skills.

 High accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

 Good understanding of export incentives (RODTEP, Drawback, Advance Licence benefits).

 Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills (internal & external stakeholders).
Ability to multi-task and independently manage end-to-end purchase, imports, and exports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
