Senior Manager - Insurance sector

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior level Finance & Accounts Manager, who will lead the finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Who will oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintain fixed asset registries, and support audits, particularly focusing on intangible assets. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, your adept management will ensure GAAP compliance and accurate capitalization processes, positioning the finance team as a strategic partner in business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements with timely reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory laws, and internal financial policies.
• Manage year-end closing activities, external audits, and due diligence processes.
• Maintain and monitor the Fixed Asset Register and handle fixed asset audits.
• Coordinate with IT for capitalization of intangible assets and accurate tracking.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and tools to improve process efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and train finance team members for smooth operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal financial queries and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

• Finance & Accounting : 8 years (Required)
