Role: Team Leader Inbound Customer Service
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Age Criteria: 25 37 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle escalations and monitor team performance
Track key metrics: CSAT, FCR, AHT, Quality, etc.
Conduct team training, coaching, and appraisals
Ensure compliance with process and quality standards
Drive performance and maintain high service levels
What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of BPO experience (min. 1–2 years as TL)
Strong people management & leadership skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Background in inbound voice process
Required Skills:
Male candidates preferred
Graduation is mandatory
Good thought process & decision-making ability
Experience in handling multiple projects
Open to Insurance industry
