Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM Manager to lead our Identity and Access Managementprogram. This critical role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining the strategies,policies, and technologies that secure our digital identities and control access to enterpriseresources.You will manage a team of IAM specialists, oversee the full lifecycle of digital identities, andcollaborate across departments to ensure our access controls are robust, compliant, andefficient. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge of IAMsystems and a proven track record of leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop, own, and execute the enterprise-wide IAM roadmap and strategy, aligning it
with business objectives and security requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IAM engineers and analysts.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the
effectiveness of the IAM program.
- Manage vendor relationships for IAM-related technologies and services.
Operations & Governance
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of all IAM solutions, including
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM),
Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Manage the complete identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) processes, ensuring
timely and accurate provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of access.
- Lead periodic access certification campaigns (user access reviews) to ensure the
principle of least privilege is maintained.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex access issues and security incidents
related to identity.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure all IAM processes and solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX,
GDPR, HIPAA, PCI) and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide evidence of controls and
remediate any findings.
- Develop and enforce identity and access policies, standards, and procedures across the
organization.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR to streamline the joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes and
ensure data consistency.
- Work with IT infrastructure, application development, and business units to integrate new
systems and applications into the IAM framework.
- Act as the subject matter expert on IAM, providing guidance and consultation to
technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
○ 7+ years of progressive experience in Information Security or IT, with at least 5
years focused directly on Identity and Access Management.○ 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven abilityto manage technical teams.
○ Deep understanding of core IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, role-based access
control (RBAC), least privilege, separation of duties.○ Hands-on experience managing and implementing modern IAM platforms (e.g.,Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt○ Strong experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies andsolutions.○ Expertise in authentication and authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC,Kerberos).○ Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD).
- Soft Skills: ○ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ○ Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: ○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Vendor-specific certifications .
- Experience with IAM in a cloud-first environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
