Senior Manager Human Resources Operations

As a Human Resource Operations leader at our Gurugram location, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR service excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth execution of HR processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with labour laws and company policies. - Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency. - Developing and monitoring HR metrics to assess and improve HR effectiveness. - Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work, and improve the overall employee experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation. - Generating periodic HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, attrition, and employee movements, for leadership review. - Tracking key HR metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. - Maintaining up-to-date employee records, audit trails, and trackers to ensure audit readiness at short notice. - Previous experience in managing a team is a must. Key requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in HR operations. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and HR technology. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic mindset.
