Senior Manager Human Resources Operations

As a Human Resource Operations professional at Gurugram location, your role will involve leading HR operations to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with labour laws and company policies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency. - Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess and improve HR effectiveness. - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reduce manual work, and enhance employee experience. - Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation. - Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, employee movements, etc.) and dashboards for leadership. - Track key HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decisions. - Maintain up-to-date employee records, audit trails, and trackers to ensure readiness for any audit at short notice. - Must have handled team in the past. Key Requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in HR operations. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and HR technology. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
