Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager HR (Talent Management) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end talent management strategies, including talent acquisition support, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee capability building. The role ensures alignment of talent initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Development

Develop and implement comprehensive talent management frameworks including performance management, career progression, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
Lead leadership development initiatives and competency-based learning programs.
Identify critical roles and build talent pipelines for future organizational needs.
Partner with business leaders to assess current and future capability requirements.

Performance Management

Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management systems.
Drive goal-setting, mid-year and annual performance review cycles.
Coach managers on effective performance conversations and development planning.

Succession Planning

Lead enterprise-wide succession planning initiatives for key and leadership roles.
Assess talent readiness and recommend targeted development actions.
Maintain talent dashboards and succession metrics.

Learning & Capability Building

Oversee learning needs analysis and execution of learning & development programs.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs using measurable outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
