Job Description

Responsibilities:

To ensure best-in-class on-boarding experience for new hires with Talent Acquisition team.
Handle the complete Background Verification process.
Handle payroll related activities with the Co-ordination of finance team.
Responsible for maintaining accurate employee data base on HR management system.
Creating the best employee experience by handling end-to-end onboarding.
Handle Off-boarding process and any other employee concerns with the collaboration of HR business partner.
Responsible for planning and execution of migration of employees to be on-boarded through mergers & acquisitions.
Publish organization wide monthly reports and dashboards to the leadership group Skill sets & competencies.
Strong transformational focus and Innovative mind-set to drive continuous improvement.
Potential to make quality decisions within ambiguous situations.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle escalations effectively and strong process acumen with problem-solving skills.
Develop and maintain good stakeholder relationship and ability to adapt and manage a fast- paced environment .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good reporting and analytical skills.

Requirement:

Graduate
12+ Years of relevant experience in HR.
Handled a team of 5+ members in the current role.
Handled managerial position for minimum 5 -7 Years.
