Education:

Masters/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field.

Experience:

Atleast 7-8 Years of experience in Strategic Leadership in Learning and DevelopmentKey Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive L and D strategy aligned with business prioritiesand growth targets. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent development, successionplanning, and sales readiness. Promote a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and sales excellence. Build and maintain leadership pipelines, addressing critical skill gaps across theorganization. Integrate market insights, product knowledge, customer-centric strategies, andcompetitive intelligence into learning journeys. Team Development: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing teams that aremission-aligned and impact-driven.
