Job Summary The Manager – Hospital Operations for AVCF is an integral member of the founding team who will work within the leadership team ensuring the successful setup, delivery, and execution of the veterinary hospital project. They must be able to formulate, implement, and assist with the execution of significant strategic, operational, and cultural agendas required for setting up the operations of AVCF—from ideation to execution—managing important relationships and stakeholders for the benefit of the organization. This role involves simplifying tasks and anticipating work to effectively manage the project to fruition. The role will then require steady, capable management of the hospital as it progresses from opening to becoming a mature, fully functional institution. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Animal Science , Biology , or related field. Previous experience in a veterinary or clinical lab setting is preferred. Familiarity with veterinary diagnostic tools and procedures. Proficient in sample collection techniques, especially for small and large animals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
