Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (B2B)

  • Identify and build partnerships with referral veterinarians, animal welfare NGOs, corporates, pet insurance companies, diagnostic labs, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase referral case inflow from external veterinarians and clinics.
  • Conceptualize and run outreach programs, referral loyalty initiatives, and continuing education sessions for veterinary partners.
  • Drive corporate tie-ups and collaborations for wellness programs, CSR initiatives, and employee pet care benefits.
  • Support hospital leadership in exploring new business opportunities and expansion channels.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns (digital and offline) targeting veterinary and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to develop knowledge-sharing content (CMEs, case studies, newsletters).
  • Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand positioning in the B2B space.

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral veterinarians and key opinion leaders in the veterinary industry.
  • Act as the primary liaison between hospital specialists and external veterinarians for referral cases.
  • Manage feedback loops, ensuring partner veterinarians receive timely updates and reports on referred cases.
  • Resolve queries, concerns, and issues raised by referral partners to enhance trust and collaboration.
  • Develop CRM systems and dashboards to track partner engagement, case flow, and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Veterinary Sciences (preferred), or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or B2B marketing. Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up style hospital environment.
