As a Business Development Executive, your role involves driving and promoting the services offered by the organization to prospective clients. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business avenues by sourcing new clients, with a focus on promoting services to potential and key targeted customers from the medical fraternity in Delhi NCR. You are expected to align with prospective clients to conduct breast cancer screening and awareness drives, as well as execute strategic alliances for onboarding corporate clients. It is crucial for you to execute a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationships, aiming for future growth. Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with existing clients, as well as nurturing relations with prospective clients, will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving, planning, and executing knowledge exchange programs with prospective clients from the Medical fraternity. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business avenues and source new clients to promote organization's services - Promote services to potential and key targeted customers from the medical fraternity in Delhi NCR - Conduct breast cancer screening and awareness drives with prospective clients - Execute strategic alliances for onboarding corporate clients - Prioritize growth and positive customer relationship for future growth - Maintain positive professional relationships with existing clients and nurture relations with prospective clients - Drive, plan, and execute knowledge exchange programs with prospective clients from the Medical fraternity Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in generating new business avenues and sourcing new clients - 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, marketing, and product promotion, preferably in gynaecology - Strong customer focus and ability to optimize work processes for driving efficiency and productivity - Good market and customer knowledge in the therapy area of Gynaecology preferred - Proficient in verbal and written communication skills In addition, you will be eligible for benefits such as internet reimbursement and leave encashment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring proficiency in English. The work location is in person.
