We are looking for a Senior Manager (Agri-Food Category) for our Durgapur office.

Here's a breakdown of their key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute long-term category strategies within the Agri-Food Category.
• Partner & onboard all the leading brands and suppliers for this category.
• Coordinate with category executives and set sub-category specific financial targets (e.g., sales growth, profit margins).

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Identify and introduce new products related to the category to meet market demands.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor other team members.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Customer Focus:

• Understand customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products and services.
