About the Role

data-driven, performance-focused Senior Manager - Growth & Marketing


This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced product company environment and can drive stellar performance across user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹5 Cr+

     across platforms like Google (UAC), Meta, programmatic, affiliates, and other performance channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize 

    performance marketing campaigns

     with a laser-sharp focus on 

    CAC, ROAS, LTV

    , and 

    payback periods

    .
  • Lead strategy and execution for 

    Universal App Campaigns (UAC)

     including creative testing, keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, activation, and retention – with constant iteration and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and content teams to optimize the 

    user journey and funnel conversion

    .
  • Leverage advanced analytics and tools (GA4, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc.) to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Own 

    retention marketing

     through push, in-app, SMS, and email campaigns – focused on reactivation and churn reduction.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team and work closely with leadership to shape long-term growth strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience

     in performance marketing/growth roles, preferably in a fast-growing 

    product-based company

    .
  • Strong command over 

    UAC (Universal App Campaigns)

     – must have personally handled and scaled UAC campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large budgets (₹5 Cr+ per month) with efficient CAC and strong ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of app acquisition, cohort analysis, retention metrics, and user segmentation.
  • Experience with tools like 

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, CleverTap, MoEngage, Adjust

    , etc.
  • Highly analytical with a test-and-learn mindset – comfortable with data and attribution modeling.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – ability to work with product, tech, and creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2C domains such as Fintech, Edtech, Gaming, or E-commerce.
