What You'll Do At Pega
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing relationships with a couple of system integrators worldwide, aligning joint partner priorities, and facilitating outcomes related to relationship management, governance, sales, delivery, competency, and practice excellence. This role involves engagement with global partners and team members, with a focus on supporting business objectives for large organizations.
- Manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (SIs), including relationship ownership, governance, and business planning.
- Drive partner-related sales and delivery initiatives to accelerate growth and customer success.
- Identify new business opportunities and align go-to-market strategies with Pegasystems’ objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to SIs, offering insights on Pegasystems’ products and best practices.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance SI capabilities.
- Track partnership performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, improvement areas, and secure executive support for strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned Alliance Professional, committed to working with Partners in providing them with leadership on how Pega and Partner can jointly help change the way businesses engage with their customers. You should be passionate about making the world’s leading organizations more effective in maximizing value to their customers. You are Alliance and Partnership professionals with experience of managing alliances with large system integrators or original equipment manufacturers, having CXO-level relationship management and consensus-building skills. Someone who owns outcome, has ability to blend short term goal with long term strategy, ability to comprehend “larger picture” of business, works in a matrix environment and knows how to get job done, a good communicator with sales and account management skills.
What You've Accomplished
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 17-22 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, channels, sales, or marketing, with 5+ years in alliances and partner management.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships with global SIs or OEMs in enterprise software or solutions.
- Strong understanding of global business trends and technological advancements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
