Senior Manager, Finance

As a Senior Finance Manager at Trintech India, you will be part of the Global accounting team, overseeing all accounts related aspects of Trintech India and assisting in establishing finance teams in India for global corporate finance functions to enhance scale and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure internal and external finance controls are implemented in accordance with Trintech India's growth. - Stay updated on changes in India regulations related to Pvt Ltd companies and take necessary actions. - Collaborate with Trintech's global corporate finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities and propose action plans. - Review and supervise work carried out by outsourced accounting firm and other partners in India, presenting action plans for any identified gaps. - Ensure timely MIS reporting for monthly and quarterly account closure. - Work closely with India cross functional leadership team on finance-related matters. - Track Trintech India budget and expenses through operational monthly and quarterly reports. - Define strategy for establishing corporate finance teams (AP, AR, BI/Finance Analyst) in India in collaboration with global leaders in CFO organization. - Manage hiring, team management, and training/ramp up with a 30-60-90 days plan for the corporate finance teams in India. - Collaborate with global teams to deliver quality output for corporate teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant or Equivalent degree in Finance, accounting, or related field. - Minimum 9 years of experience in Accounting with MNC captive operation. - Experience in ensuring compliance of India salary structure with evolving Income Tax laws. - Strong communication skills to convey important messages clearly at all levels, including with US/UK colleagues. - Excellent leadership skills with ability to set and maintain priorities proactively. - Extensive experience in handling audits, tax computations, deferred tax accounting, and financial statement accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of SAP Concur and NetSuite is a plus. - Working knowledge of Indian tax, Transfer pricing, and Company Secretary knowledge will be beneficial. - Experience of working with outside audit firms and exposure to US GAAP preferred.,
