You will be responsible for managing all finance and accounts related activities, including keeping complete records of accounts, preparing financial reports for P&L, Cash flow, etc., on a regular basis, and keeping the senior management informed. Additionally, you will participate in and manage vendor negotiations, ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances are completed from a VAT, Income Tax, and MCA perspective, and coordinate with auditors and company secretary to ensure necessary tasks are completed. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and possess good oral and written communication skills.
