Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Finance leads the finance department, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They ensure sound financial management, compliance, and strategic guidance to support the companys growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support business decision-making.
Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Implement financial controls and process improvements.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Mentor and develop finance team members.
