Role & responsibilities

Account Receivables

II. Responsible to monitor and communicate the current scenario of AR, AP, Taxes & its compliances to the management on regular intervals.

III. Accountable to provide feedback and data based options to the management for future decisions. Ensure to resolve the queries & guide the team.

Process Improvements:

I. Accountable to streamline current process and constantly improvise present system.

II. Responsible to initiate and transform manual processes into automated ones with proper coordination with ITG and related departments.

III. Responsible to allocate resources for receiving proper training on automated processes and ensuring resolution provision in cases on difficulties.

Annual Operating Procedure & Legal Profile:

I. Annual preparation of AOP and providing year end analysis for it to the management.

II. Supporting legal team/ coordinating with advocates towards cases lost by/ on company.

Leadership Accountabilities:-

I. Ensures the team get maximum exposure on the technical duties in their job profiles. And team members are accountable for their job profiles.

II. Ensures the team members grievances are sorted out and closed till employees satisfaction within shortest possible time frame.

III. Ensures that, team members gets required technical & behavioural trainings for their optimum performance.

IV. Ensures team members get deserved appraises during mid- year & annual appraisals of the organization.

V. Ensures, organizational values & Vision-Missions are clearly communicated to team members and you lead them by examples.

VI. Groom & develop talent for further succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile

10-14 years of experience in Manufacturing sector

Candidate should be an qualified Chartered Accountant
