Senior Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong P&L understanding to support effective decision-making for PCT customers and senior leaders.
• Provide insightful analysis of period close and forecast results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage core reporting processes, including period close analysis, forecast deck preparation, and variance commentary.
• Lead preparation of AOP and strategic plan decks, ensuring clear analysis, alignment with OU partners, and high-quality business narratives.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of deliverables- POR Deck, QBR, Close Deck , Adhoc support, Holiday tracker to support a broad range of senior stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial results, trends, and insights to leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc analysis and project support as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment through effective communication and cross-team partnership.

Qualifications

• 9-11 years of experience in finance and planning (chartered accounts or postgraduates)
• Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, TM-1, Business Objects, Essbase
• Tableau/Power BI knowledge
• Advanced excel skills
• Able to work independently and takes initiative
• Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
• Ability to function well in a team environment
• Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
• Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
