3. Ability to handle audits ( Internal and External ).
4. Any Commerce Graduate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance verification, approvals, and quality reviews for accounting activities.
• Research and reconcile General Ledger and Bank accounts.
• Ensure accurate month-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries.
• Manage intercompany and intracompany billing, including revenue recognition.
• Strong experience in General Ledger & Fixed Assets accounting.
• Deep understanding of month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Hands-on experience in GL / Bank reconciliations.
• Expertise in Master Data Management.
• Exposure to intercompany/intracompany accounting and billing processes.
• Ability to manage invoice accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
• Stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
• Handle Master Data activities such as create, change, and block.
• Perform customer account and statement reconciliation.
• Review and validate invoice posting/matching, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
• Oversee daily operational work among team members and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead and participate in periodic reviews and stakeholder calls (internal and external).
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
