About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated

Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM)

hybrid professional to lead cross-functional initiatives by driving business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project delivery. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, define goals, and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
Develop user stories, workflows, use cases, and other documentation for product or solution development.
Support QA/UAT efforts by creating test cases and validating deliverables.

Project Management

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business units, developers, designers, and third-party vendors.
Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals.
