Job Description

Senior Manager Payroll (India)Location:

  • Manage end-to-end India payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team to drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee statutory compliance (PF, labor laws, tax, etc.) and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure smooth payroll audits, controls, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders & external vendors to optimize payroll processes.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and vendor transitions as part of global payroll transformation.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of India payroll systems, PF, and labor laws.
  • 810 years of payroll management experience.
  • Graduate in Accounting (Payroll/Tax certifications preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; Workday experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
