Job Description: Senior Manager Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Department: Operations / E-commerce Management Experience Required: 7+ years (at least 3 years in team management role) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager who excels in team leadership and possesses strong knowledge of new-age technologies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in E-commerce operations and a deep understanding of online marketplaces—how they function, grow, and scale. This role is crucial for driving business efficiency, technology adoption, and marketplace performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Drive adoption of new technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency. Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations including order management, cataloging, and customer experience. Manage and build strong relations with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) to maximize visibility and sales. Implement and monitor performance KPIs for teams. Collaborate with sales, logistics, IT, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business flow. Develop and execute strategic growth plans for online business. Keep track of industry trends and recommend innovations for business growth. Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field. Proven track record in team handling (minimum 15–20 members). Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital tools, and automation. Prior hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions. Based in Rajkot or willing to relocate. Preferred Experience E-commerce industry background. Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other marketplaces. Exposure to process automation, ERP systems, or digital transformation projects.
