Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Delivery Quality to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 13 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the delivery quality process to ensure high standards of service.

Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
