Job Description

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for Windows devices.
Package, deploy, and manage applications using Intune and other modern management tools.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployment and configuration tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot application deployment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to align EUC strategies with organisational goals.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies and industry standards for device and application management.
Provide technical guidance and documentation for EUC processes and solutions.
Participate in EUC-related projects, including OS upgrades, device refreshes, and platform migrations.

Knowledge & Skills (Key):

Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 management and application packaging (MSI, Win32, MSIX).
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Autopilot provisioning.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):

Experience with networking and Infrastructure technologies e.g. DNS, DFS, (Azure) Active Directory
Experience with troubleshooting tools e.g. perfmon, Sysinternals Suite
Experience with desktop management and monitoring tools
Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or other VDI platforms.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Intune administrator/engineer
Experience of working with global infrastructure and support teams
Experience at senior level desktop support or engineering
Experience supporting and troubleshooting within End User Computing
Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams

Educational Qualification:

Preferably should have Technical/Science Graduation degree
Relevant professional IT qualifications from companies like Microsoft, VMWare and Citrix such as MCP, MCSE, VCP, CCA.
