Role Purpose

The role is responsible for implementation of credit risk policies and processes that are in line with business requirement and management of new sourcing programs as per plans together with active stakeholder management to achieve organization goals. The role is also responsible for managing credit reviews of high value deviation cases in Banca.

Role Accountability

Manage credit risk policy implementation for Banca.
Manage and roll out of all new programs.
Identify the process gaps and rectify the same in system.
Analyze the deviation to credit policy on individual case basis.
Create the operating guidelines/bulletin for the operations, sales and training team.
Provide the system requirements to Risk Infra / IT / Underwriting team from credit risk perspective.
Credit review of high value or deviation cases for Banca.
Monitor and publish post fulfilment approval rates for all major programs.
Ensure policy implementation is accurate in system and manual underwriting.
Regular co-ordination with Sales Ops to ensure process efficiency and policy adherence.
Monitor quick mortality early delinquency rates for the channel programs and incorporate learnings in policy / process.
Monitor all digital sourcing programs to ensure accuracy of data input from the source and consumption in the decision engine.

Measures of Success

Early Delinquency as per agreed threshold
Completion of Critical Projects on Digitization Automation as per agreed objectives
Management of pre-approved and new sourcing programs as per plans
Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

Basic understanding of market environment and competitor landscape on retail lending
Knowledge of under-writing and operational processes

Qualification

Master s degree in economics, statistics or business management
