Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Manager - Commercial (Logistics Partners), you will play a mission-critical role in shaping GoKwik s logistics ecosystem and enabling cost-efficient, high-performance delivery at scale. You ll lead commercial strategy across courier partners, 3PLs, and merchants ensuring we secure the best rates, optimise SLAs, and build partnerships that power seamless fulfillment for thousands of brands. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, vendor management, and operational excellence, directly influencing margins, delivery outcomes, and merchant experience.

What You ll Own

  • Lead commercial negotiations with courier partners and logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing, SLAs, and value-added services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with logistics partners and e-commerce merchants to drive performance and cost efficiency.
  • Develop strategic commercial frameworks to improve margins, streamline operations, and support scale.
  • Monitor vendor performance, payment terms, and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with Ops, Finance, and Tech teams to enhance delivery workflows and unlock efficiencies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new logistics partners through rigorous cost-benefit and performance analysis.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and benchmarking analyses to track commercial performance, cost trends, and partner outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Graduate/MBA with 5-8 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, price negotiations, and managing courier/logistics partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment dynamics, carrier rate structures, and delivery SLAs.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage relationships across senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-moving environments.
