Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end
PMS Operations
fund accounting, subscriptions/redemptions & trade settlements.
Manage
bank & holding reconciliations
, corporate actions, and KYC/account opening.
Coordinate with
auditors
and ensure timely
regulatory & compliance reporting
.
Prepare
MIS reports
, EOD/BOD activities, and peak margin instructions.
Manage
distributor commission & performance fee calculations
.
Support
offshore operations
including advisory fee computation & AUM reporting.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with
2+ years’ experience
in PMS, Mutual Fund, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of
SEBI regulations, AUM, KYC, and compliance
.
Proficient in
Wealth Spectrum, MS Excel, and reconciliation tools
.
Excellent
analytical, coordination, and communication
skills.
