Job Description

Position: Senior Manager / Assistant Director

Job Location: Hyderabad

Role:

We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the downstream refining industry. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in end-to-end (E2E) management consulting, specializing in business process management, digital transformation, and integrated manufacturing operations management systems (IMOMS). This role demands expertise in refining economics, performance management, and the latest advancements in operational optimization technologies. Experience in both strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution in the context of digital and operational innovation is critical. An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering or related field required.
- Full time MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on the downstream refining sector.
Digital transformation and digital strategy development in the refining sector.
Deep experience in integrated manufacturing operations management systems (IMOMS), performance management, and refinery economics.
Hands-on experience in business process management, digital transformation, and operational optimization in the context of refining and petrochemical industries.
Expertise in AI,ML including refinery operations management, blending, oil movement management, and refinery scheduling etc
Proven experience in defining strategy, technology selection, implementation, and delivery, E2E experience of digital transformation.

Skills:

Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in digital tools and solutions related to refinery operations.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex consulting projects.
Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and drive business transformation initiatives.
