  Key Responsibilities :

  Strategic Planning and Evaluation

  Identify, assess, and evaluate strategic opportunities that support the University s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.Ensure alignment of proposed initiatives with institutional priorities and academic goals.Strategic Initiative Development and ImplementationDevelop, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives through detailed action plans.Establish timelines, milestones, and performance indicators to support effective execution.Monitor progress and address risks or challenges to ensure successful outcomes. Collaboration and CoordinationFacilitate collaboration across academic and industrial establishments.Promote clear communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.Support joint activities that foster a unified and strategic approach to institutional goals.Partnerships and External EngagementEstablish and maintain productive partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry organisations, community groups, and educational institutions.Strengthen the University s strategic positioning through sustained engagement and collaboration.Reporting and Advisory SupportPrepare comprehensive reports and provide regular updates to University leadership on the status, outcomes, and impact of strategic initiatives.Provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement, adaptation, or realignment of initiatives as required.
