About the role

Country Leadership Business Growth

Lead the entire India PSO organization as a country general manager, accountable for growth, delivery performance, and operational excellence.
Build and execute a 3-year India expansion strategy to increase PSO capacity, capability, and revenue contribution.
Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Global Delivery to increase attach-rate, improve margin, and expand services footprint across customers in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
Represent India PSO at the executive table with confidence, accountability, and a growth mindset.

Global Centre of Excellence Leadership (COE)

Build global COEs for:

CINDE Connected Retail
GOLD/ERP WMS
Store Intelligence Retail AI
Category Management Forecasting
Agentic AI Automation Consulting

Ensure standardized delivery frameworks, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable assets for global adoption.
Run a structured operating rhythm: capability roadmaps, training, skills matrices, and quarterly competency reviews.

Delivery Excellence Execution

Own end-to-end delivery performance for all India-based projects.
Drive aggressive KPIs:

Utilization
Margin
On-time milestone delivery
Customer NPS
Quality zero-defect execution

Proactively identify risks, escalate early, and work cross-functionally to deliver flawless execution.
Establish a Delivery Excellence Office in India to institutionalize best practices, QA, governance, and oversight.

Talent Leadership Organizational Building

Build India into the strongest global Retail PSO hub with world-class consultants, engineers, architects, and AI specialists.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent with an emphasis on:

AI/ML
Supply chain domain expertise
Implementation architecture
Solution engineering

Build formal mentoring, certification, hands-on product readiness, and leadership development programs.

Innovation, AI Adoption Operational Efficiency

Champion adoption of Agentic AI, automation, and accelerators inside PSO.
Drive bottom-up innovation to improve project speed-to-value and reduce delivery cost.
Develop AI-augmented delivery methods, templates, scripts, and bots.
Partner with Product Engineering on innovation sprints, beta programs, and customer pilots.

Stakeholder Influence Executive Presence

Strong partner to Global Sales, Finance, CS, Product, Engineering, and Regional Delivery leaders.
Operate with courage and conviction push back when needed, influence decisions, and advocate for India s capability growth.
Present confidently to customers, executives, and board-level leaders.

About you

10 or more years of experience leading PSO / Consulting / Delivery organizations in Retail, Supply Chain, or Enterprise SaaS.
Proven ability to run a large India delivery center (200+ people).
Demonstrated experience scaling a multi-product, multi-region COE.
PL accountability (margin, utilization, revenue targets).
Strong domain knowledge:

Retail supply chain
ERP/WMS
Forecasting Replenishment
AI/ML implementation projects
