Senior Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the Content Marketing Technology group at Amgen, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on Adobe Suite capabilities. Your role will involve defining and driving the product roadmap for Adobe-based initiatives, ensuring innovation, scalability, and regulatory compliance. You will co-lead the execution of the Adobe content platform strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, you will mentor and manage a diverse team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Establish robust workflows within Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe tools. - Monitor performance metrics and manage A/B testing efforts. - Champion data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with global marketing, product, and digital technology teams to deliver integrated and impactful experiences. - Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones to ensure successful strategy implementation. Qualifications Required: - Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree along with significant experience in Marketing and/or business aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization. - At least 8 years of experience in web development, content management, or digital product leadership, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. - Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud, distributed team management, digital compliance, and excellent communication skills. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous.
