Key skills to look out in the order: Min exp req - 15 yrs - 24 yrs Location - Pan India CRM knowledge on Salesforce (Sales Modules) Define Key Intelligent Automation Solutions as part of SynOps which are Complimentary to client’s core Inside Sales / CRM platforms Provide key functionalities of Work Flow / AI and Analytics Communicate regularly with global account delivery teams to gain feedback on current tool effectiveness, challenges, future needs, and opportunities. Represent the Digital Inside Sales operations. Offering by presenting our technology thought leadership in various forums / sessions. Sales Process knowledge Usage of CRM in Sales Process Proficiency in CRM like Salesforce, Dynamics 365 would be an added advantage Strong analytical skills and data interpretation Designing and implementing sales workflows within the CRM system. Automating repetitive sales tasks to improve efficiency. Creating and maintaining sales playbooks and best practices documents.
