Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment for US D2C operations
• Set up and optimize storage, picking, packing, and shipping workflows
• Build SOPs for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
• Ensure compliance with US export/import requirements
• Integrate data, automation, and tech into daily operations
• Partner with internal teams and 3PLs as needed
• Drive continuous improvement in SLAs, damages, and delivery time
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain with large-scale e-commerce, retail, or FMCG brands
• Proven experience in scaling or relocating fulfilment operations
• Deep knowledge of warehouse tech, logistics software, and global shipping
• Hands-on leader with strong vendor and stakeholder management
• ERP and data-savvy with a bias for execution
