Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
Manage goods receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatches in the ERP system.
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock and initiate corrective actions.
Coordinate with procurement and production for inventory planning.

Logistics & Distribution:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including transport booking, tracking, and documentation.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to and from vendors/customers.
Negotiate and manage third-party logistics providers (3PL) and transporters.
Monitor logistics cost and implement measures for cost optimization.

Warehouse Operations:

Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and proper material stacking.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the warehouse.

Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and transport bills.
Generate inventory and logistics reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Knowledge of GST, E-way bill, and logistics compliance is a plus.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce.
Certification in Logistics or Inventory Management (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
