yWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Specialist who can manage supplier follow-ups, shipment tracking, and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US inbound and outbound logistics and work well in a team to consistently meet challenging goals

.Key Responsibiliti

• esDaily follow-up with suppliers on orders and shipment status to ensure timely delivery as per client reques
• t.Manage and track shipping documents including AWB and BO
• L.Handle supplier decommits and delivery-related issues with quick resolutio
• n.Coordinate shipments and resolve issues like damages or missing item
• s.Strong collaboration with internal teams; ensure customer-focused communicatio
• n.Streamline shipping and receiving processes to improve efficiency and reduce non-value-added activitie
• s.Maintain and update vendor databases with clear backup contacts for shipping/delivery team
• s.Track shipment changes involving product specifications and maintain documentatio
• n.Manage and maintain logistics purchase reports for designated division
• s.Coordinate with accounting to reconcile vendor invoices and payment
• s.Monitor on-time delivery performance and escalate delays or discrepancie
• s.Handle replacement requests, swaps, and EOL (End of Life) product issue
• s.Work directly with suppliers in a professional manner to resolve shipment concern
• s.Prepare quotes, claims, and support logistics documentation as neede
