The Opportunity You’ll take centre stage in complex commercial disputes — High Courts, NCLT, arbitral tribunals, you name it—reporting directly to the senior partner while mentoring junior associates. What You’ll Bring (If you tick most boxes, let’s talk!) · Draft-craft wizardry – Ability to draft razor-sharp writs, pleadings, section 9/11/34/37 arbitration petitions, civil suits, IA/CA bundles… drafted with speed and zero typos. · Courtroom calm – ready to argue independently before courts, tribunals, arbitrators, and manage briefing with senior counsel. · Strategy + research chops – you can spot the winning line in a stack of documents and build crisp notes for partners and clients alike. · Client confidence – you speak business as fluently as “legalese,” handle calls solo, and keep stakeholders in the loop. · Leadership DNA – enjoy guiding juniors, delegating smartly, and keeping the team humming under deadline heat. Bonus Brownie Points · Flair in pharmaceutical laws. · Working knowledge of Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and other labelling / safety frameworks. · Experience before the NCLT, commercial courts, or sectoral regulators. · Gift for turning dense research into punchy memos and opinions.
