Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Litigation Associate based in New Delhi. The Senior Litigation Associate will handle a broad spectrum of litigation tasks, including drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires managing multiple cases efficiently while ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all legal documents and strategies. The candidate will work closely with senior legal professionals and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality legal outcomes. Qualifications 5-7 years PQE. Strong expertise in Law, with comprehensive knowledge of litigation processes and procedures. Proficiency in drafting and handling Motions and other legal filings. Excellent Research skills to analyze case laws, statutes, and legal precedents. In-depth experience with Depositions and other pre-trial or discovery processes. Sound understanding of Courts, their operations, and the ability to represent clients effectively in judicial forums. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent specialization is a plus. Prior experience in corporate or commercial litigation is highly desirable.
