The Role We’re looking for one dynamic Lawyer to join us as a Senior Associate (Corporate Law) — ideally with 5-8 years’ experience with interest in working on myriad issues relating to our clients. Candidates who have worked with us in the past have either advanced to Partner level positions within the same organization or have found very senior and responsible positions in renowned national and multinational corporations and law firms across India. What You’ll Bring (Think of this as a wish-list, not a shopping list — if you tick most boxes, let’s talk!) · Pen-to-paper magic – you can draft everything from SPAs to SHA, to private trust deeds, lease deeds, MSAs, vendor & supply agreements, customer contracts, PPAs… you get the idea. · Statute savvy – solid command of contract & property law, the Companies Act 2013, FEMA 1999, and allied corporate/securities regulations. · Client management – comfortable running matters end-to-end with light-touch partner oversight; you make clients feel heard and looked after. · Words that work – crisp memos, cogent legal opinions, and easy rapport with senior partners are second nature to you. Bonus Points · Pharma-law prowess — We are well know in the pharma sector, so this will earn extra brownie points. · Title search / due diligence / real estate: You are adept in carrying out title searches or due diligences of real estate properties. · Know-how in Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and other labelling / safety regimes. · Good grasp over employment laws including termination of employment, advise on HR manuals, provident fund, gratuity, pension among others. · A flair for turning “legalese” into plain English (or Hindi!) when the moment calls. · Court-room cred – appearances before the NCLT and civil courts won’t faze you.
