Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will also be tasked with producing multi-dimensional executive reports and dashboards at a high frequency to support strategic decision-making.
  • Regular interaction with senior executives across internal stakeholder departments including, but not limited to, Service Line COOs, their teams, and Recruitment leaders is essential.
  • Overall, this role is multi-faceted, encompassing organizational and process redesign through the application of advanced technologies and leading change management initiatives to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Construct and back-test statistical models for Enterprise workforce planning
  • Create downstream department level operational plans from the enterprise plan Track plan to actual on key metrics, not limited to utilization, offshoring, pyramid and hiring Conceptualize and implement additional metrics as needed to drive effective quantitative analysis and insights.
  • Must have skill set Need to have Operational Excellence experience in Workforce Planning.
