Senior Landscape Architect/Lead Landscape Architect

We are looking for experts with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills, as well as proficient organizational and managerial abilities.

Skills Requirements:

• Must have a blend of creative design skills, technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills to successfully manage projects and deliver high-quality landscape designs.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, post-master's degree, and familiarity with Middle Eastern projects.
• Demonstrable experience of applying current design standards, guidance and good working practices to the design of external spaces; experience in Middle east is desirable with maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, contracts and tendering procedures.
• Must bear proactive way to fixing problems, Strong verbal, writing, and listening communication abilities are essential. Careful handling of jobs with tight deadlines,
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive project success.
• Experience in the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and associated software for production of technical information.
• Experience in the use of Adobe design suite (Inc. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for production of graphics and reports and application of BIM

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in landscape architecture or equivalent from an accredited program.
• 5-12 years of Professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Proficiency in key software, including Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. and would have liked to know more about software such as Revit, Civil 3D,
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus.
