Job Description

Role:- Sr Key accounts executive

Responsibilities-

  • Build and grow relationships with institutional sales customers in the assigned area and work on onboarding new clients
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, influence buying behavior, and increase salesespecially for high-margin products.
  • Develop sales for key product categories and continuously collect market and competitor insights to share with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with customer service teams for smooth processes.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction recovery as per company guidelines.

  • Submit daily reports, analyze MIS data to refine sales strategies, follow company SOPs, and perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate from any stream

2. Preferred work experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales

3. Field Sales experience

4. Good communication
