What are we looking for

Senior Java Full-stack developer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Roles s Responsibilities

1. Develop code as outlined in the Sprint scope or Project Plan, based on the High-Level Design document
2. Create unit and integration test scripts following the TDD (Test-Driven Development) approach
3. Adhere to security and coding standards while developing code
4. Perform unit and integration testing, addressing any issues identified during these phases
5. Follow the SDLC process, ensuring timely delivery of Sprint/Project milestones while actively contributing to CI/CD pipelines
6. Deliver high-quality outputs in design, code, and unit testing
7. Demonstrate expertise in coding in Core Java, OOPS, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Javascript, Angular, Reactjs and Tomcat, as well as developing Web Services like REST API/JAX RS/JAX WS and more

Required Experience

1. 5 - 7 years for experience
2. Bachelors / Masters in any engineering or technical field
3. Proficiency in Core Java, including OOP principles, Collections, and multithreading
4. Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks: Spring (MVC/Security), and Hibernate
5. Strong Knowledge of front-end framework : Javascript, Angular, Reactjs.
6. Experience in developing Restful Web Services using JAX-RS and JAX-WS
7. Good to have experience with ETL Tools or into Bigdata technologies (Hadoop / Spark / PySpark etc)
8. Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and SQL Server
9. Proficient in deploying and managing applications on Tomcat Server

Non-Technical / Behavioural competencies required

1. Must have worked with US based clients in onsite/off shore delivery model
2. Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
3. Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
5. Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
6. Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
