About the Role

Apptware is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in backend and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design scalable solutions, solve complex technical problems, and deliver high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Applicants must have hands-on experience in all the following areas:

• Java (11+)
• Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud
• React.js
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, EC2)
• Python
• Kubernetes
• Kafka
• Elasticsearch
• Microservices Architecture
• CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Provide proactive, scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct research to support modern engineering needs and emerging technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Integrate with third-party systems using REST, GraphQL, SDKs, or CLI.
• Stay updated with industry trends to maintain modern solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.

Required Experience

• Minimum

  5+ years

  of professional development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with React.js and AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Spring Security, AMQP, AOP is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
